Vortigaunt model - Operation: Black Mesa

This is a redesign of the vortigaunt alien race from the Half-Life universe.
I made this as a part of the upcoming Operation: Black Mesa game.
Operation: Black Mesa is a fan-made reimagining of Gearbox's Half-Life™ Opposing Force and Half-Life™ Blue Shift.
